Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker to join our collaborative team at Aldi. In this role, you will operate registers, stock shelves, maintain store appearance, and provide excellent customer service. Join us and experience something new every day!

Position Type:

Part-Time
Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to direct leader.
• Uphold the security and confidentiality of documents and data.
• Perform cashier or stocker responsibilities as assigned.

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves neatly.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Stocker Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves and rotate products.
• Follow merchandising planograms.
• Operate machinery and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service.
• Effective time management skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Education and Experience:

• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Knowledge of products and services.
