Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker

Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker and contribute to enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. As a Cashier, you'll process purchases, assist customers, maintain cleanliness, and adhere to policies. As a Stocker, you'll ensure product availability, create attractive displays, and operate equipment safely. This role offers variety and the chance to be part of a collaborative team environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and leaders
• Fulfill cashier duties such as processing purchases and providing excellent customer service
• Fulfill stocker duties including stocking shelves, creating displays, and operating machinery safely
• Uphold security, confidentiality, and cleanliness standards
• Follow safety procedures and merchandising guidelines

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to provide courteous service and follow company policies
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team
• Effective time management and product knowledge
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience
• Ability to operate cash register (cashiers) and equipment safely (stockers)
