We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Part-Time Store Cashiers and Stockers at ALDI. As a valued member of our collaborative environment, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing excellent customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Keep store area secure and maintain confidentiality.
• Operate machinery like cash registers and stock shelves.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with shopping needs.
• Adhere to cash management policies and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Stock shelves properly to ensure fresh products are available for customers.
• Follow merchandising guidelines to create appealing displays.
• Organize inventory and operate equipment safely.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and adhere to company policies.
• Effective communication and time management skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
