Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker

Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker and contribute to enhancing the customer shopping experience in a collaborative environment. This role involves operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing excellent service to our customers on a daily basis.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Ensure security and confidentiality of documents and data
• Perform cashier duties efficiently, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
• Follow stocking procedures, rotate products, and create merchandised displays
• Operate machinery safely and follow all safety procedures

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow company standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective time management and communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail work experience is a plus
