Job Description

We are currently seeking a full-time Patient Care Tech (PCT) to join the Medical Surgical team at Hillcrest Hospital Cushing in Cushing, OK. As a PCT, you will play a vital role in assisting with patient care activities and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities such as meal delivery, patient mobilization, and personal hygiene assistance.
• Provide adjunct care including wound dressings and vital sign monitoring.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and maintain accurate patient records.
• Adhere to professional standards and follow established procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in acute or long-term care preferred.
• Completion of approved CNA, PCT, or EMT-P certification is a plus.
