Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Patient Care Tech / PCT Med Surg to join Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. This full-time position offers night shifts and great benefits. As part of our team, you will work collaboratively to provide excellent patient care in a safe and healing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support registered nurses in delivering care and maintaining a safe environment for patients.
• Document patient data, report observations, and address patient concerns.
• Monitor and report patient vital signs and conditions.
• Assist patients with daily tasks, mobility, and specimen collection.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness in patient and staff areas.
• Participate in patient care duties, unit record-keeping, and supply management.
• Complete other assigned tasks to support patient well-being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Proficiency in at least two areas of practice.
• Preferred: Two years of acute or long-term care experience, CNA or PCT certification, phlebotomy skills.
