Job Description

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Observe and report patients' progress to the medical staff.
• Take and record vital signs, collect specimens, and provide basic patient care.
• Perform housekeeping duties and assist with patient transportation.
• Measure and record patient intake and output, following unit routines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic Life Support certification is necessary.
• Preferred: Two years of acute or long-term care experience.
• Completion of approved CNA, PCT, or paramedic certification, or enrollment in nursing school is a plus.
