Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Permanency Clinician to join our team at Vermont Support & Stabilization (VTSS). As a Permanency Clinician, you will be responsible for providing individual and family therapy, case management, and community integration services to at-risk and adjudicated youth and their families in Vermont.

Responsibilities

  • Lead clinical oversight on all assigned cases with a focus on permanency and youth and family guided treatment.
  • Provide individual and family therapy, establish treatment goals, and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Support the activities of the Permanency Coordinator to ensure goal-oriented client interactions.
  • Offer clinical support to help individuals and families identify strengths and overcome obstacles.
  • Assist in developing effective parenting skills, communication strategies, and behavioral plans.
  • Complete assessments, reports, and participate in team meetings.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree preferred, or in the process of earning a Master's.
  • 1+ year of experience in human services.
  • Valid driver's license and current car insurance.
  • Willingness to participate in on-call rotations for emergency services.
