We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Personal Fitness Team Lead to join VASA Fitness. As the Personal Training Lead (PTL), you will play a crucial role in advancing our personal training business and ensuring our members achieve their fitness goals. By building and leading a high-performing team, you will create an exceptional fitness experience for our members.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team aligned with VASA's core values.
• Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
• Develop agile personal training programs tailored to each client's needs.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment within the Personal Training Cage.
• Retain personal training clients by delivering exceptional value and experiences.
• Foster a supportive and connected community for personal trainers and clients.
• Attract new clients through personalized interactions with VASA members.
• Coach personal trainers on effective consultations and package recommendations.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.
