Position: Personal Fitness Training Team Lead

Salary: $50,180 - $68,800 annually

Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high-performing personal training team
- Increase acquisition of new personal training clients
- Improve retention of existing personal training clients
- Facilitate and adjust programming to fit client needs
- Create a welcoming environment for clients and trainers
- Provide resources for personal trainers' growth and development
- Coach personal trainers on consultation and sales
- Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Previous experience in personal fitness training
- Proven leadership skills
- Ability to drive team performance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
