Personal Fitness Training Team Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Personal Fitness Training Team Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As the Personal Training Lead, you will be responsible for driving the personal training business to meet and exceed fitness financial targets at our club. You will lead a team of Personal Trainers to help our members achieve their fitness goals while ensuring a top-notch experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing team that aligns with the company's core values and fosters accountability.
• Increase acquisition of new personal training clients and improve retention rates.
• Facilitate tailored programming to meet the individual needs of clients, following VASA's Care & Connect principles.
• Create a welcoming environment in the Personal Training Cage by engaging with members in a positive and inclusive manner.
• Maintain client satisfaction through excellent service delivery, cleanliness, and added value.
• Foster a supportive community for personal trainers and their clients by providing necessary resources and encouraging growth.
• Develop personal relationships with VASA members to attract new clients.
• Coach personal trainers on consultation techniques and sales strategies.
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets for new client acquisition.

Requirements

• Previous experience in personal training or fitness leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success in team management and achieving sales goals.
• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to customer service excellence.
• Ability to create a positive and motivating environment for both staff and clients.
• Certifications in Personal Training or related fields are a plus.
