Position Overview

As a Personal Training Lead at VASA Fitness, you will be responsible for advancing the personal training business to exceed fitness financial targets, create an exceptional member experience, and lead a high-performing personal training team.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
• Increase acquisition and retention of personal training clients.
• Create a supportive and inclusive environment in the Personal Training Cage.
• Coach personal trainers on consultation and sales techniques.
• Achieve monthly sales goals and targets.

Requirements

• Prior experience in personal training or fitness management.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
