Salary Range: $50,180 - $68,800 annually

At VASA Fitness, we are looking for a dedicated Personal Training Lead to join our team. As a Personal Training Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the personal training business to exceed fitness financial targets and create exceptional experiences for our members.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high performing personal training team.
• Increase acquisition of new personal training clients and improve retention.
• Create an agile team that can customize programming for each client.
• Foster a welcoming environment in the Personal Training Cage.
• Retain clients by delivering exceptional value in personal training.
• Establish a supportive community for personal trainers and clients.
• Attract new clients by forming personal relationships with VASA members.
• Coach personal trainers on consultations and package recommendations.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales goals.
