Compensation: Base Rate: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour + Monthly Bonus and Milestone Bonus opportunities. Total Compensation Range: $50,180 - $68,800 annually

Purpose
The Personal Training Lead is responsible for advancing the personal training business, overseeing the personal training team, and ensuring a world-class fitness experience for members.
Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
- Increase acquisition of new and retain existing personal training clients.
- Facilitate tailored programming for individual client needs.
- Create an inclusive and engaging training environment.
- Promote community and growth among personal trainers and clients.
- Coach personal trainers on consultations and sales targets.
- Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals.
