Physical Therapist Requirements:
- Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) program.
- Hold an unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
- Conduct home visit assessments to evaluate patient conditions and potential for rehabilitation.
- Proficient in EMR documentation.
- Hold a valid CPR Certification.
