Physical Therapist Requirements:
- Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
- Unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
- Conduct home visit assessments providing direct patient care.
- Proficient in EMR documentation.
- CPR Certification.
