Physical Therapist Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
- Hold an unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
- Conduct home visit physical therapy assessments and provide direct patient care.
- Proficient in EMR documentation.
- Hold a CPR Certification.
