Physical Therapist Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) program.
- Hold an unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license in New York.
- Perform home visit assessments and provide direct patient care.
- Proficiency in EMR documentation.
- Current CPR Certification.
