Paradigm Rehab is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals improve their quality of life through specialized care and treatment.

Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Hold an unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
• Conduct home visit Physical Therapy assessments and provide direct patient care.
• Proficiency in EMR documentation.
• CPR Certification.
