Physical Therapy Specialist Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) program.
- Hold an unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
- Conduct home assessments and provide direct patient care.
- Proficient in EMR documentation (experience with Hello Note is a plus).
- CPR Certification.
