As a Plumbing Technician, you will play a vital role in overseeing and coordinating the construction and maintenance of plumbing structures and systems. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage plumbing project activities effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Oversee and supervise plumbing technicians and helpers, including hiring, scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
• Develop and implement quality control programs to maintain high standards of work.
• Prepare estimates, progress reports, and budget tracking reports for plumbing projects.
• Inspect job sites to identify issues, delays, or accidents and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Collaborate with supervisors, design professionals, and clients to discuss project details and ensure project success.
• Obtain necessary permits and licenses for plumbing projects.
• Requisition materials and supplies required for job projects.
• Motivate and coach technicians to enhance productivity and sales skills.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Plumbing Technician or similar role.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems, construction methods, and regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade certification is a plus.
