One Medical is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our innovative healthcare team. As a primary care provider at One Medical, you will have the opportunity to manage a diverse patient panel, conduct in-office and tele-health visits, collaborate with a supportive team, and deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with diverse care needs.
• Conduct in-office and tele-health visits.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize clinical training to perform in-office procedures.
• Mentor and supervise NP or PA colleagues.

Requirements

• Completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency.
• Practiced in outpatient primary care for at least 2 of the last 5 years.
• Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• State licensed in California.
• Demonstrated passion for human-centered primary care.
• Proficiency in using technology for care delivery.
