Requirements

• 6 months experience as a practicing nurse.
• Active Nursing License in good standing.
• CPR Certification (current and hands-on BLS).

Job Functions

• Delivery of quality patient care in compliance with physician orders.
• Continuous assessment of patient condition and needs.
• Documenting all activities and care coordination.
• Implementing and updating nursing care plans.
• Ensuring infection control measures are followed.
• Providing patient and family education.
• Maintaining nursing competencies through ongoing education.
