Job Description
Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care and support to patients in their homes while working under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Responsibilities
- Deliver quality patient care in compliance with physician orders
- Assess patient conditions and report changes to supervisors
- Document all care activities in a timely manner
- Implement and update nursing care plans
- Educate patients and families on self-care strategies
- Maintain infection control measures per OSHA standards
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school
- Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice
- CPR certification
- Proficiency in clinical assessments and documentation
Preferences
- Six months of recent clinical experience
- Home health experience
