Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Private Duty Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Aveanna Healthcare. Responsibilities
- Deliver and coordinate quality patient care in accordance with physicians' orders.
- Assess patient condition, report changes, and implement nursing care plans.
- Document all activities and maintain compliance with care standards and regulations.
- Educate patients and families on disease management and self-care strategies.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse.
- Current CPR certification.
- Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments and compliance with nursing care.
Preferences
- Six (6) months of recent clinical experience as a Licensed Nurse.
- Previous experience in home health care.
Skills/Abilities
- Attention to detail and time management.
- Effective problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to handle physical requirements of the job.
- Comfortable working in various healthcare environments.
