Aveanna Healthcare is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Private Duty Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide individualized care to patients in the comfort of their homes, making a positive impact on their lives and supporting their families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess and monitor patient conditions, reporting changes to supervisors and physicians.
• Document all care activities and nursing actions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Participate in care planning and implement necessary interventions.
• Ensure infection control measures are followed to protect patients and staff.

Requirements

• 6 months of nursing experience (New Grad Program available for recent graduates).
• Active and in good standing Nursing License.
• Current CPR Certification (Hands-on BLS).
