Responsibilities

• Provide and document skilled nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Deliver quality patient care in compliance with physician orders and care plans.
• Continuously assess patient condition, report changes, and update care plans.
• Educate patients and families on self-care, disease process, and prevention strategies.

Requirements

• 6 months experience as a practicing nurse.
• Active Nursing License in good standing.
• CPR Certification.
