Job Description

We are currently seeking Private Duty Nurses (LPN) to join our team at Aveanna Healthcare. You will have the opportunity to provide quality patient care and support local families in Wexford and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate quality patient care in compliance with physician orders.
• Observe and assess patient condition, report changes to supervisor/physician.
• Document activities, assessments, and nursing actions accurately and promptly.
• Implement and update nursing care plans according to patient needs.
• Ensure infection control measures are followed to protect staff and patients.

Requirements

• 6 months experience as a practicing nurse; New Grad Program available for recent graduates.
• Active nursing license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification (Hands-on BLS).
