Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for LPNs and RNs to join Aveanna Healthcare as Private Duty Nurses in the Upper St. Clair area. Our nurses play a vital role in providing care to local families, making a difference every day. Shifts Available

• Sunday-Saturday (all 7 days): 7am-3pm
• Sunday-Saturday (all 7 days): 11pm-7am

Requirements

• 6 months experience as a practicing nurse (New Grad Program available for recent graduates).
• Active and in good standing Nursing License.
• Current CPR Certification (Hands-on BLS).

Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate quality patient care in compliance with physician orders.
• Assess patient condition and report changes to the supervisor or physician.
• Document all activities and care in a timely manner.
• Implement and update nursing care plans.
• Provide education to patients and families on self-care techniques.
