Job Description
We are looking for a caring and dedicated Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at ChristianaCare. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will be providing expert care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in the comfort of their homes across Delaware. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, coordinating care with healthcare providers, and building positive relationships with patients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Deliver expert care to medically fragile patients.
- Coordinate care with families and healthcare providers.
- Build positive relationships with patients and families.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Requirements
- DE LPN or RN license with 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Ability to attend orientation sessions.
- Previous home health or Long Term Care experience is a plus.
- Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care preferred.
