Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) - In Person Event 5/13

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients within the home health setting. As a member of the ChristianaCare HomeHealth team, you will deliver expert medical care, coordinate with families and healthcare providers, and build positive relationships with patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert medical care to medically fragile patients.
• Coordinate care with families, physicians, and healthcare providers.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Work a minimum of two weekend shifts per month.
• Ensure compassionate and courteous service to patients.

Requirements

• Valid DE LPN or RN license with at least 1 year of healthcare experience.
• Completion of a two-week daytime orientation at our Camden office.
• Previous experience in home health or Long Term Care is advantageous.
• Preferred experience in tracheostomy and ventilator care.
