Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at ChristianaCare HomeHealth. In this role, you will provide expert care to medically fragile pediatric and adult patients in the comfort of their homes. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, coordinating care with families and healthcare providers, and ensuring the well-being of your patients.
Responsibilities
- Deliver expert care to medically fragile pediatric and adult patients.
- Coordinate care with families, doctors, and healthcare providers.
- Build positive relationships with patients through compassionate care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Work a minimum of two weekend shifts per month.
Requirements
- DE LPN or RN license with 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Completion of a two-week daytime orientation in Camden office.
- Previous home health or Long Term Care experience is desirable.
- Tracheostomy and ventilator experience is preferred.
