Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at ChristianaCare. In this role, you will provide expert care to medically fragile pediatric and adult patients in the comfort of their homes. Your responsibilities will include coordinating care with families, administering medications, and building positive relationships with patients and healthcare providers.
Responsibilities
- Deliver expert care to medically fragile patients.
- Coordinate care with families and healthcare providers.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Build positive relationships with patients and providers.
Requirements
- DE LPN or RN license with at least 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Ability to attend orientation sessions at our Camden office.
- Experience in home health or Long Term Care is a plus.
- Preference for candidates with tracheostomy and ventilator experience.
