Job Description
We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a Full-time Radiology Technologist to join our team at Corewell Health. As a Radiology Technologist, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate and efficient diagnostic exams across various areas of general radiology while upholding the highest standards of patient care and safety.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality diagnostic exams ensuring accurate patient identification and physician order verification.
- Monitor patients during procedures to guarantee their safety.
- Utilize diagnostic imaging equipment proficiently and follow protocols for quality control.
- Provide procedural information and education to patients and their families.
- Contribute to departmental operations by assisting colleagues and complying with quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- Graduate of JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
- CRT-Radiographer (R) certification required upon hire.
- CRT-Radiologic Technologist Registration required within 180 days of hire.
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire.
