Job Description

Centria Autism is seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional HR Generalist/Business Partner to join our team. As a crucial link between management and team members, you will play a vital role in aligning business objectives with HR strategies. The position offers the opportunity to engage in strategic partnerships, drive effective HR policies, and enhance organizational performance.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct weekly meetings with business units to provide HR guidance.
  • Analyze trends and metrics to develop innovative HR solutions and policies.
  • Resolve complex team member relations issues and conduct objective investigations.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and incorporate HR best practices for future growth.
  • Provide performance management guidance, coaching, and career development support.
  • Identify training needs, participate in program evaluations, and enhance leadership skills.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive people initiatives and improve service delivery.
  • Optimize organizational design, implement inclusive recruitment strategies, and support diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • PHR/SHRM Certified Professional or ability to obtain certification within one year.
  • 5-7 years of experience in team member relations and 3-5 years in a strategic HR role.
  • Working knowledge of compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, and employment laws.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and G Suite.
  • Ability to interpret data, drive business results, and meet deadlines effectively.

Working Conditions

  • Normal office hours with occasional flexibility required to support assigned regions.
  • Physical demands include sitting, walking, and using computer screens.

Pay Range

$80K - $90K annually plus bonus
