Job Description

Responsibilities
- Educate and prepare patients for procedures.
- Monitor and care for patients throughout the entire care process.
- Answer patient calls and assess their needs promptly.
- Provide education and support in line with physician orders.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in a medical office.
- Operating room experience is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and EPIC is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and effective communication skills.
