Job Description

Aveanna Healthcare is one of the nation's largest home health care providers, and we are currently looking for compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. Join our team and be part of the care for over 33,000 families. Salary: $34-$40 per hour. Night Shifts Needed. Sign-On Bonuses available:

• Full-time nights - $3,500
• Full-time days - $2,500
• Per diem - $500

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of practice
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in providing in-home nursing care to infants, children, and/or adolescents

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one patient care in a home environment
• Execute prescribed care plans and document care in the system
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies
• Assess patient conditions and coordinate care
• Educate and train family members
