Registered Nurse - Inpatient Rehab

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Rehab team at The University of Vermont Health Network. As a Staff Nurse II, you will play a crucial role in providing professional nursing care to patients, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Provide direct patient care and education.
• Prepare patients for post-discharge care.
• Possibility to take operational charge as needed.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum of three-hundred (300) hours per calendar year.
• Completion of orientation (full-time preferred).

Incentives
