Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver and document skilled nursing care following care plans and physician orders. The ideal candidate will provide quality patient care, assess patient needs, update care plans, and ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate quality patient care according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient condition, report changes, and update care plans timely.
• Implement nursing actions based on assessments and achieve desired outcomes.
• Provide patient education on disease processes and self-care strategies.
• Maintain compliance with Aveanna policies, regulatory requirements, and infection control measures.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficiency in clinical assessments and documentation.

Preferences

• Six months of recent clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Experience in home health is a plus.
