Job Description
Pine Lodge is looking for dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) to join our compassionate team. This role involves providing high-quality care to patients/residents with a variety of complex diagnoses, enhancing your knowledge and skills in multiple areas.
Position Highlights
- Conduct nursing assessments and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop effective care plans.
- Establish realistic patient goals and interventions to prevent rehospitalizations.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise and delegate patient care tasks to support staff.
- Communicate patient information effectively within the team.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved nursing school with a current State Nursing License.
- CPR Certification is mandatory.
