This welcoming and secure residence provides skilled nursing care, assistance with daily living, and personalized support for patients following surgery and hospitalization.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and personalized care to patients.

- Assist patients in achieving their highest level of independence.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Requirements
- Valid RN license in the state of Vermont.
