Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at The University of Vermont Health Network. As an essential member of the nursing and multidisciplinary teams, you will provide professional nursing care to patients through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care and contribute to care transitions.
- Collaborate with nursing and multidisciplinary teams.
- Possess current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont.
- Work towards obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) as outlined.
Requirements:
