Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at The University of Vermont Health Network. In this role, you will be responsible for managing patient care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient outcomes. You will direct and guide the delivery of nursing care, provide patient education, and collaborate with other disciplines to maintain professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health problems and needs.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans.
• Maintain accurate medical records.
• Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Currently licensed as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State.
• Prior mental health experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate group sessions.
