ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The successful candidate will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community. Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
• Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
• Facilitate patient discharge planning.
• Be IV proficient or willing to train and perform IV functions.

Requirements

• BSN required; ADNs must obtain BSN within three years of start date.
• Current DE RN license or compact state license.
• 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
• Previous experience in Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical settings preferred.
