Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Atrium Health's Home Health division in Charlotte, North Carolina. As an RN in Home Health, you will provide world-class healthcare services to adult and geriatric patients in the comfort of their own homes.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned group of patients in the home setting.
- Provide direct patient care and supervise LPNs and HHAs.
- Coordinate care with multi-disciplinary teams and other healthcare providers.
- Ensure timely and high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred.
- Current RN license and BLS certification.
- Valid driver's license required.
