We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Med Surg / Telemetry to join our team at Atrium Health in Charlotte, North Carolina. As an RN, you will provide professional nursing care, ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients.

Job Summary

• Full-time: 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12 hours, days
• Employment Type: Staff

Essential Functions

• Assess and analyze healthcare consumer's health status.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Coordinate care delivery and promote health and safety.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Integrate evidence-based practice into nursing care.

Physical Requirements

Work involves physical activities including lifting, standing, and critical thinking. Must be able to handle medical equipment and respond promptly to changing patient conditions.

Education, Experience, and Certifications

Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing. BSN preferred. Current Basic Life Support and RN license required.
