Registered Nurse (RN) - Nurse Resident - $30+ per hour

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Resident to join our team at INTEGRIS Health in Spencer, Oklahoma. In this role, you will work with our Sexual Trauma and Abuse Rehabilitation team, providing exceptional care to our patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Assist with patient safety procedures and treatments.
• Conduct and document basic diagnostic testing.
• Adhere to all patient safety protocols and guidelines.

Requirements

• New graduate or eligible to graduate from an accredited Nursing Program.
• Ability to perform assigned patient care tasks.
• Good understanding of patient safety practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
