Registered Nurse (RN) - Pediatrics - $32-58 per hour

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Pediatrics to join our team at Atrium Health in Charlotte, North Carolina. As part of the pediatric hematology/oncology & bone marrow transplant unit at Levine Children's Hospital, you will play a crucial role in providing specialized care to pediatric patients, including young adults under our pediatric specialist care.

Job Summary

• Direct provision of patient care.
• Assist in daily operations, including coordination of patient care, allocation of resources, communication, program development, and compliance.
• Maintain clinical competency and professional growth.

Essential Functions

• Enhance nursing practice effectiveness.
• Supervision and coordination of nursing personnel.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
• Rounds on patients, teammates, and physicians.
• Delegate care elements appropriately.

Education, Experience, and Certifications

Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing, current RN licensure, BSN required. Minimum two years of nursing experience preferred. Previous management experience a plus. Additional certifications may be required.
