Atrium Health is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Resource to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Overview
This position is a temporary, non-benefited role as part of the Atrium Health Resource Team, supporting the PreOp Service Line in one of our three regions.

*The current need is 4 days/week from 5:00 am - 2:00 pm.
Job Summary
The Clinical Nurse, Resource Team, will provide comprehensive nursing care under the supervision of the nursing leader, ensuring safe practices and maintaining professional competency.
Essential Functions
- Collects and analyzes healthcare data.
- Develops and implements individualized care plans.
- Communicates effectively and collaborates with key stakeholders.
- Integrates evidence-based practices into nursing services.
Physical Requirements
This role involves various physical activities and requires critical thinking abilities.
Education, Experience, and Certifications
Qualified candidates must have a Nursing degree, 1 year of specialty nursing experience, and current certifications.
