Position Highlights

• Report to the Director of Nursing.
• Lead, guide, and direct clinical operations on assigned shifts.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure optimum staffing levels.
• Participate in staff recruitment, orientation, and mentorship.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current RN licensure.
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience, with two years in long-term care and one year in a supervisory role.
• BSN preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
